Join us for a series of three wine masterclasses at Atelier Moessmer by Norbert Niederkofler, dedicated to the discovery of some of the world’s most legendary and sought-after wines, curated for a discerning audience of wine lovers and connoisseurs. Each encounter is an intimate and immersive experience, guided by in-depth tastings and followed by an exclusive culinary journey inspired by the Cook the Mountain philosophy.

Piemonte and Tuscany meet in a unique tasting journey featuring iconic wines from legendary producers such as Giuseppe Rinaldi, Accomasso, Gaja, Case Basse di Gianfranco Soldera and Montevertine.

10:00 AM – Guided tasting with our Wine Director Lukas Gerges (approx. 2 hours)
12:30 PM – Aperitivo
1:00 PM – 4-course menu by Norbert Niederkofler featuring his great classics (water and coffee included; wines during lunch are not included)
