Led by Executive Chef Mauro Siega and his team, alongside with Chef Patron Norbert Niederkofler, this masterclass leads participants in discovering mountain ingredients at their most expressive moment — wild herbs and raw materials that reflect the vitality of nature — learning how to recognise, select and use them in the kitchen, and understanding their role within the Cook the Mountain philosophy.
