SEEING OUT THE YEAR TOGETHER

The final evening of the year at Atelier Moessmer Norbert Niederkofler is dedicated entirely to "Cook the Mountain" – with a menu that brings together the philosophy of the house, familiar memories and special moments.

On 31 December 2026, we will serve our full Cook the Mountain menu, complemented for this evening by a selection of dishes that reflect Norbert’s culinary journey and the traditions of the New Year in a distinctive way.

An evening designed to be enjoyed without haste: for the cuisine, for meaningful encounters and for a shared moment to bring the year to a close together.
