4-Hands Dinner
We are thrilled to kick off our exclusive 2026 culinary series with the first of three exceptional events: a 4-Hands Dinner featuring two of the world’s most innovative chefs, Norbert Niederkofler and Quique Dacosta, the renowned Spanish chef from Dénia, Costa Blanca, whose eponymous restaurant holds 3 Michelin stars and is currently ranked 65th in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025.
This unique collaboration blends Cook the Mountain with the avant-garde Mediterranean approach of Quique Dacosta, creating a dialogue of flavors and techniques that transcends a typical guest chef event. The dinner will feature a shared menu designed by Chef Patron Norbert Niederkofler and Executive Chef Mauro Siega and Chef Quique Dacosta, offering guests a rare opportunity to experience two distinct culinary languages in harmony.
In Partnership with Dom Pérignon
This evening is part of the Dom Pérignon dinners taking place around the world throughout the month of May, united by the theme of harmony and featuring chefs from the Dom Pérignon Society, of which both Norbert Niederkofler and Quique Dacosta are members. The menu is born from a creative dialogue between the chefs and the Maison’s Chef de Cave, Vincent Chaperon, and is paired with the three new vintages presented this year by the Maison: Dom Pérignon Vintage 2017, Rosé Vintage 2010, and Vintage 2008 – Plénitude 2.
